My Overall Well-being and Plans to Reach a Greater Enlightenment
On a scale of 1-10, ten being optimal well-being, I would rate my psychical body at a 6, my spiritual well-being at a 7, and my psychological well-being at a 9. To reach optimal well-being on a psychical level I plan on mastering the practice of Yoga. I believe Yoga is the most amazing thing you can do to be psychically healthy, helping you spiritually as well. Spiritually I need to work more on becoming one with my self and the universe. Meditation is the perfect way to do this, I meditate every day and it takes time to reach a high level of spirituality. I feel I am close to optimal well-being psychologically. I have learned to be very open-minded, that is the first step to becoming one with everything. Realizing there is more to the mind, body, soul than we are led to believe is a good first step. Amazing things can happen as long as your mind is open and set on it. The mind is capable of almost anything, you just have to believe it to be true. I feel like I am there, I know what I am capable of, I just need to get my psychical and spiritual up there with my mental. I do research every day, read every thing I possible can, and if I keep pushing my mind and body, I can reach optimal well-being. I plan on learning new Yoga and Meditation techniques, researching everyday and pushing the limits of the norm to reach the highest level possible.

Journey on Relaxation 

This relaxation mp3 was great for me. I do similar techniques to this one at least three time a week. When I feel stressed I go to a dark room and practice. I love how this particular audio explained how you can control blood flow. It is amazing how we have the power in us to control our body. I like to do this before I begin my regular meditation. Feeling relaxed is a good way to start meditating or even doing yoga. It helps clear your mind of all the noise and gives you full control of what you have within. When I do relaxed I begin with my head and move down relaxing my entire body, part by part. When I am fully relaxed I focus on the seven chakras of the body. This really is an amazing audio, I am going to add it to my collection and continue to use it in future meditations.

Hello everyone! Thank you for visiting my blog. I am new to the blogging experience but very excited about it. I hope my blog will be very insightful and a learning experience for you all. As many of you may already know, I love to do yoga and meditate. I hope to be able to share my experiences with you and motivate you on your journey. The spiritual journey is an amazing thing and self exploration is beautiful. When you feel your self becoming one with the universe and your inner self, great things start to happen.
